Same Day Despatch

We try our very best to ship all orders the same day, if you place your order Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be shipped the next working day. Please be aware that during exceptionally busy times (including Christmas Holidays), we will do our very best to get your order delivered on time, however delivery of orders may be delayed due to courier/post issues outside of our control.

UK Based Orders

Our Royal Mail Tracked Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 days. You can track your parcel online at www.royalmail.com using the Tracking Number we will send you, once your order has been despatched. However up to 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived (Royal Mail’s Terms & Conditions state they will accept claims for missing or lost parcels if your parcel is not delivered (or no delivery attempted) 10 or more working days (Mon to Fri) after the due delivery date. This is outside of our control.

Courier Next Working Day Service – Is Next Working Day – Monday to Friday. (With this service you will receive an email and/or text with an estimated hour time slot for delivery. You are also given the opportunity to re schedule your delivery to a more convenient date. Please note that if you order before 4pm on Thursday and select next day delivery (next working day service) then you should receive your sex toys the next day (UK Mainland Only) PLEASE NOTE:If you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified. Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive the next working day. Please allow 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. In case of adverse weather please check the DPD and Royal Mail websites for possible delays. Marilyn Fox hopes you are happy with the products you’ve purchased, however, if you need to return your order or part of your order, you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

Returns

Here at Marilyn Fox, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 365 days for unwanted, unopened, and unused items. You can also return faulty items within one year of your purchase completely free of charge and for a full refund or exchange. Once you have contacted us we will send you a return address with a return form. Pack your item carefully, either in the envelope or box it arrived in, or if that is no longer available, please pack the item/items into suitable packaging, to avoid the item/items getting damaged. We also request you obtain a FREE proof of postage from the post office when you send your return, just in case it is lost in transit or there is any issue with us receive it back at the warehouse address provided. Please hold on to this until we’ve processed your refund or replacement. We will issue your refund or send out your replacement as soon as possible once we have received your returned parcel to our warehouse. This will be within 30 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. Once issued, refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank type of bank account or card service provider. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund until Marilyn Fox receives the faulty or unwanted goods or at least until a valid proof of postage receipt has been sent to us via email.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Marilyn Fox works on a same day dispatch system, so please try, and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order. If you cancel your order after 3:00 pm Mon-Fri we may not be able to prevent the order from leaving our warehouse. In which case we will only process a refund for that order once the order has been returned to us.
